These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our electrical contracting services and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms, in accordance with Washington state law.

1. Services Provided

Samma Solutions by Syndicate Electric offers electrical contracting services to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The scope, timeline, and costs of our services will be outlined in the agreement between you (the “Client”) and us.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided by us are based on the information you supply. Additional costs may arise if the scope of work changes or unforeseen circumstances occur. We will notify you promptly of any such changes.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. We may require a deposit before beginning work, with final payment due upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to additional fees in accordance with Washington state contract laws (RCW 19.52) governing interest on unpaid balances.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and timely information about the project. Ensure access to the property where services are to be performed. Adhere to all local laws and regulations, including Washington’s electrical code (RCW 19.28), relevant to the project.

5. Liability

While we strive for excellence in all projects, Samma Solutions by Syndicate Electric is not liable for:

• Delays caused by unforeseen events such as weather, supply shortages, or accidents.
• Damage caused by faulty third-party products or components.
• Any issues arising from failure to follow proper maintenance procedures after installation.
• Our liability is further limited in accordance
with Washington state liability laws (RCW 4.22) governing negligence and damages.

6. Warranties

We offer a limited warranty according to each invoice service agreement. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications not performed by us. Warranty terms comply with Washington’s consumer protection laws (RCW 19.86).

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:
The Client fails to meet payment obligations. There is a breach of these Terms. The Client engages in unlawful activities.

8. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree to:
Use it only for lawful purposes. Not attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security.
Not upload any harmful content such as viruses or malicious code.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective once posted on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved by Arbitration with accordance of Washington state law.
